It's my pleasure to introduce the AAU Karate Newsletter. My hope is that we share our trials and successes both on a local, national, as well as international level.

AAU has been fertile ground where many of us have grown up from youth athletes to senior adults, and as such, I know there are countless stories to be told.

As the editor, I would like to invite each of you to share a story about your district, your region, your dojo, your experience training, competing, or anything else karate-do related.
